  • Your right. My father died from a heart attack when he was 58. He had his first attack when he was in his mid forties. Wasnt overweight. He quit smoking after his first attack, but started up again a fews months after. He smoked, but started running a few years before his death.

  • I quit cold turkey 26 years ago after smoking 10 years. (52 now) No problem. I just came to the conclusion that I would be better off not smoking. One of the better decisons of my life.
